4% credit card fees applies if you CHOOSE that option
- 160.00 small drains 1.25-2 inch, per fixture (1 HR minimum included)
- 210.00 per hour sewers 3-6 inch (1 hr minimum included)
- 100.00 toilet pull/set flat fee (no flangework) in conjunction with drainwork
- 200.00 hr flat rate camera inspections / locate per hour (1 hr inc.) (3-8 inch BIG drains)
- 300.00 on MicroCam for small lines (per hour one hour minimum)
***WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE 85.00 SERVICE CALL ON CONDOS AND MALLS THAT HAVE LENGTHY ENTRY PROCESSES ***
- Extra cable beyond 100’ reel $100.00 flat fee
- 13 gpm 3200 psi Trailer Water Jetting/ frozen, grease etc.. 400 .00 PER HR .. 2 hr min 2 hours onsite included
- *HOT BOX BY SPECIAL REQUEST AHEAD OF TIME 300 PER HOUR WHILE RUNNING*
- Service calls 85.00 for “no work done” scheduled visits onsite
- TRIP CHARGES MAY BE CHARGED OUTSIDE THE 494/694 LOOP (we go as far as zimmerman/northbranch/excelsior/chanhassen / prior lake/ farmington/cottage grove / oakdale/ stillwater)
**IF we have to jackhammer concrete OR investigate broken above or below grade lines internally (non permit plumbing ) Permit would be extra if needed.

COST 185 PER MAN HOUR & 85 SERVICE CALL PER DAY
WITH HELPER IS 92.50 PER HOUR ADDITIONAL / 277.50 PER HOUR FOR 2 MEN ONSITE
- Regular day rates Monday – Friday 8 AM TO 6 PM SCHEDULED ARRIVAL
- Emergency rates Monday – Friday AFTER 6PM SCHEDULED ARRIVAL & Weekends, incurs 100.00 overtime charge.
- Holidays are double time

American Sewer llc will use regular sewer equipment and methods. If however, it is found during the cleaning process, that the sewer tile or any of the inside lines or other pipes being serviced under this agreement are settled, broken, corroded or damaged, American Sewer, its’ employees, or subcontractors are not responsible for any leaks or damage caused by rotted or hidden piping. We are not responsible for soft thresholds or stairs while It is mutually agreed that American Sewer llc and associations shall not be held responsible for any discovered damages, making it impossible to properly finish the job. Any repairs to said pipes shall be done at the expense of the owner. In the event of emergency, American Sewer LLC shall not be held liable for any water damage that may result in the interim. We are paid to work on the drain not guaranteeing any results or outcomes. The signer agrees to pay 30 days and also pay collection fees / court costs should the bill go unpaid over 30 days.
